VentureEP began with the acquisition of Nu-Tech Engineering in 2015. Since then, Drew and Katie have built a broader portfolio through acquisitions, organic investment and the development of new operating platforms.
Both trained as accountants. Drew's background includes corporate finance at PwC; Katie's includes assurance at Grant Thornton. Together, they bring transaction experience and financial discipline to a hands-on, long-term ownership philosophy.
